Field Work Plan
Before going out on a field campaign, IIHR personnel are required to file a field work plan. A responsible party must be told where you are going and when you are expected back, so he or she can take action if you fail to return on time.
The field work plan assists you in identifying and configuring resources for your trip, but does not grant permission for this activity. You are responsible for obtaining permission for each component of the trip from the appropriate IIHR area manager. Please coordinate your activities with Nate Young, Tim Houser, and Greg Wagner.
The field work plan is a summary of information about your trip and becomes part of the IIHR activity record.
