John R. Hetling is an associate professor in the department of bio-engineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago. This talk will describe two ERG approaches being developed in his lab that address the issues of gaining spatial resolution without increasing test time, and extending measurement of local function to the entire anatomical retina. Early results from glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy patients will be presented.
